Our story started with a joke on a flight from Utah to Austin, Texas that maybe in 5 years we would open our own RV business. Little did we know that was the seed for Auer’s RV. In the following years, the desire to start Auer’s RV continued to grow.
Ultimately, we wanted to make a difference for the RV owners and employees. Being in the RV service industry for over 25 years, we often noticed a common theme with customer frustration. Lengthy service times with poor quality repairs. Often times, RV owners would leave their RVs in the shop for months at a time and be required to come back for rework.
Our mission is to bring quality RV service and repairs while upholding our values of honesty and integrity. We will treat your RV as if we own the RV ourselves. We deliver a personal touch, one on one customer service, giving the RV owner an expert, they can count on. Furthermore, we strive for a business that is based around the customer experience, while valuing our employees.
