These guys really did me a 5 star solid! While visiting family in Texas for a week on our annual 3-month cross-country RV road trip, we experienced a leak at the window over my wife’s clothes cupboard. They took my vintage Lance camper on Monday, removed the leaky window, replaced the butyl and external caulking, and released my completed camper on Tuesday. It’s been raining for two days now, and my wife’s clothes are dry as a bone. Momma is happy again, and we’re back on the road!

I highly recommend bringing your RV to Auer’s. The turnaround to fix a slide, stove and spot seal the roof were very quick. Michael provided great customer service. He explained what needed to be fixed and provided reasonable pricing. I would definitely bring my RV back to Auer’s and recommend you also bring yours in to them for repair.

Highly recommend Auer's RV. I had 2 A/C units replaced last summer. Come to find out, did not have heat. I called Alex She had me bring it in, they figured out it did not get the right units put in. Without hesitation, they ordered the right units. And replaced then. This was around $3000.00 I paid nothing. They took care of it just like a good Business should. They will be my RV repair shop. I had a solar upgrade completed on my 2021 Airstream Flying Cloud just recently at Auer's. I am not very comfortable around electricity, and learning how to monitor the Victron components and optimize our use has involved a number of calls back Auer's. Everyone at Auer's has been very helpful and responsive. A special mention to Alex and Colin! The upgrade has allowed us to travel with greater flexibility. Thank you, Auer's!

I recently was getting the RV ready for a long trip, and when I turned on the refrigerator, water started pouring out of the bottom into the Bay Area of the coach. I needed it fixed pretty quickly and contacted Auer’s RV. They fixed the problem right away. Most RV businesses around our area give you an appt weeks out. You cannot find a better RV repair business in the Georgetown, Texas area than Auer’s RV service. They are awesome!

This is the place, hands down. I spoke to every RV repair center in Central Texas, but didn’t get a strong sense of what they could do for my money. Mike and Bobby told me exactly what they could do, how much it would cost, and then they did it. Our RV is vintage and idiosyncratic, and they were creative and thorough in their solutions - and friendly, courteous and informative throughout. After this, I won’t go anywhere else.

The guys at Auer's RV made repairs to our furnace and awning and did a fantastic job! They also made checks on varies parts of our RV while they were here. I highly recommend Michael and Colin. They are knowledgeable and courteous, and they know what they are doing. Also, they are very professional.
